Online dialogue series "Plain Text!" - 20 years EEG and how it continues
The EEG will be 20 years old this year and OLEC celebrates its 15th anniversary. We take this as an opportunity to discuss the past developments and future challenges of the regional renewable energy sector together with representatives from business, science, politics and members.
As the largest cross-technology energy network in north-western Germany, OLEC has been a member of the "go-cluster" program since 2015 and has been certified with the silver label of the European Cluster Excellence Initiative (ECEI) since 2017. Now go-cluster visited OLEC and portrayed the network.
The DLR Institute for Networked Energy Systems is breaking new ground in sustainable mobility in Lower Saxony in the project "NEUE WEGE" (New Paths) on behalf of the Lower Saxony Ministry for Environment, Energy, Construction and Climate Protection. Various topics are presented and discussed in specialist workshops.
For a brochure, the Fachagentur Windenergie an Land is looking for good examples of compensation and replacement measures (A&E measures), which are implemented within the framework of wind energy projects (compensation/replacement according to §§13ff. Bundesnaturschutzgesetz).
Uniform standards for the dismantling and recycling of wind turbines are available for the first time: On July 17, 2020, the German Institute for Standardization will publish DIN SPEC 4866, which is to become the industry standard.
